  • Communication, With kaiako as well as whanau and tamariki. It was noted in my last associate kaiako report that I was confident in approaching and communicating with others. This associate report can be given upon request. This is something I continuously work on throughout my practice and personal life.
  • Empowerment, Of the tamariki is a must as children need to feel encouraged and supported. Other kaiako and whānau also need to feel encouraged and supported in an environment full of kindness support. My main goal for Mahi is to empower everyone.
  • Approachability, It has been noted in my last associate's report that I'm very approachable and can work effectively with the team. I was receptive to change in plans as well as learning opportunities and was flexible in all situations.
