Cooking Appliance Team, Fisher and Paykel
Dunedin,OTA
18
years of professional experience

I am a Product Development Engineer and Project Leader with over 15 years of experience across product development, manufacturing, service operations, and engineering management. Currently working at Fisher & Paykel, I lead cross-functional teams through Engineering Trials, New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, and production release activities for global cooking appliance programs.

My strength lies in bridging the gap between engineering design and manufacturing execution. I have successfully led engineering builds, managed BOM structures, coordinated global stakeholders, driven manufacturing readiness, and ensured projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What differentiates me is my ability to combine strong technical engineering knowledge with practical project leadership. Having worked across design, testing, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and customer-facing roles, I understand the complete product lifecycle from concept through to production and market launch. I am skilled at identifying risks early, coordinating diverse teams, solving complex technical and operational problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

My unique value is the ability to translate technical challenges into actionable project plans, align stakeholders around common goals, and successfully deliver products in complex global manufacturing environments.
