• Maintaining great product knowledge and knowledge of our monthly promos
• Developing welcoming and friendly relationships with regular customers
• Regularly keeping our storeroom stocked, neat and tidy
• Being able to provide helpful solutions/alternatives on spot if our customers needs cannot be met
• Taking initiative and problem solving
• Pick packing orders to meet end of day cut off times
• Assisting within our dispatch department, checking orders, boxing packages, labelling and then being complete to send
• Making customer calls

Part-time position

• Leading/supervising my team of pick packers
• Stacking boxes on pallets
• Packaging boxes and labelling them correctly
• Kept shelves and racks stocked and ready to be picked from
• Reduced shipping errors by thoroughly checking each item before packaging for shipment
• Picked and packed order items
• Kept aisles clear and clean while restocking to prevent accidents and enable others to easily pass by
• Operated equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move heavy boxes
