While working in the Cuan i learned to deal with customer complaints and how to fix the issues, i cleaned and reset tables, i took food and drink orders, i worked in the bar (making cocktails, pouring pints, making coffees and teas), i was able to work in a team and i was able to deal with multiple tasks myself while in a busy environment.

While working at Duffys and sons Mace i would have opened and closed the shop, listened to and dealt with customer complaints in person and over the phone, restock shelves according to product and dates and dealt with cash and card machines when using the till.
