Rhys Jowitt

I am a year 13 student currently attending Naenae college aiming to complete and gain Ncea Level 3. I was born and raised here in New Zealand I am a part of the Naenae service Academy which I have received two awards for overall achievement I am also a part of the Naenae college prefect leadership team I was a part of the Ignite Sports leadership program back in 2022 too. From my experience, I learned about myself that I am a natural-born leader I'm very capable of being a leader of a group but also I am capable to be lead by a group and I get along with everyone very easily, I learned that I am great at being able to take on and complete instructions given to me in a fast but efficient matter.

From such a young age I have grown up playing sports, playing outside and spending time with my family. I have been playing sports my whole life I was mostly interested in Rugby Union but as I grew older I started playing other types of rugby and then I started playing other sports like Volleyball and Badminton. Another hobby I enjoy doing I started last year in 2022 was going to the gym, I have dedicated my life to going to the gym and working hard on myself as an individual and I try to bring friends and family along to help themselves physically and mentally as well . Lastly I love spending time with my family at any given chance I am able to.
