• Establish the barriers and then put in place some solution for Maori and Pacific students to retain and attract students to the profession.
• Build relationships with Schools to increase more Maori and Pacific Students.

• Worked with 10 high need suicidal youth in the last 6 month as a provider for Gumboot Friday Charity.
• Created employment pathways for youth
• Work alongside Southern Initiative to support 10 youth into employment
• Created a good database of employers.
• Worked with Sky City Roopu where we worked with 60 young Maori and Pacific employees to develop and solve challenges at work and home life.
• Worked with over 200 youth in the last 3-4 years in groups and one on one.

• Health and wellbeing seminar at an annual NZ Society Presented on challenges and team -work
• Huntly Doors my message was about Individual standards and what impact it has on team.
• I have spoken at schools on subjects such as; vision, setting goals and dealing with and overcoming challenges
• Presented at Samsung conference on life challenges.
• NZ Police focusing on experiences, challenges and decision making
• In conjunction with Divergent Thinkers company, we created a podcast focusing on personal Identity, confidence and fear of failure.

• Plan and lead the development with RML Engineering
• In charge of funding with Government organisation Callaghan Innovation where I secured two rounds of funding.
• Negotiated business agreements with industry partners both domestic and international such as Kono and Sandford.
• Developed Business plans and partnership agreements

To see things from a te ao Maori perspective and support for mauhere (prisoners) and their whānau, with a particular focus on tamariki and to make decision based on these principles with some innovative thinking to move with times and needs of the community.
