While with Anderson & flowers and Booths Logistics I have grown the operation from three warehouses to six in the Wellington region. I have built strong relationships with cornerstone clients such as JH Whittaker's, Groenz, Havana, IMCD and many others (all prepared to provide references)
Anderson and Flowers was amalgamated with Booths logistics in April 2023.
While at Masterpet we grow from a 20 million dollar company to a 60 million dollar company, I was responsible for NZ based supply chain and site contracts and deliverables, including staff and safety performance, domestic freight, packaging, facilities management, operations and compliance.
My role involved lifting regional performance in safety, On Time Performance (OTP), budgets, customer service, people, growth and operational excellence(OE) while increasing freight targets and customer satisfaction.
Managed 550 staff and 400 buses across three separate business units, and co-ordinated contracts with three 4 different local bodies, Greater Wellington Regional Council, Wellington City Council, Lower Hutt City Council, Upper Hutt City Council.
One of many achievements while at Fonterra include overseeing the operational design planning, construction, development and deployment of the Fonterra Mosgiel site. Within the first year of operation Fonterra Mosgiel site achieved the top performing site award in Fonterra with a performance assessment audit score of 97.9% and was recognised as Fonterra's benchmark site.
During my time managing the southern region we also experienced considerable growth from handling 240,000m/t per year in 2007 to over 640,000m/t per year in 2012.
