Rick Murray

I would describe myself as relentless in pursuit of my goals. From a young age I have been buying, training and selling horses all over the world. Because of this experience I have developed a skill of matching horse and rider, which I think would be a huge asset going overseas to South Africa. I have started many clubs and have successfully matched over 40 horses recently whilst developing players in the Kaikohe club.

I enjoy coaching and seeing players develop. I have successfully coached many teams including Northland Juniors and intermediates as well as New Zealand Juniors, Intermediates and Open.

I believe I bring strong leadership and a depth of experience. I have played at the world cup level so have insight into the intensity required by the team.

Within my work I employ 15 people. I am constantly problem solving and communicating with my staff, as well as forest managers, forest owners and overseas investors.
