Ricky Parry

I started Parry's painting with myself and 2 contact painters doing residential painting before growing to employ 5 painters and 1 administrator (as well as contractor when required) with a focus on new build commercial construction , retirement villages and schools.

My role in my company began as owner operator before appointing an administrator and an onsite foreman , at which time my role became project manager / sales where I would over see all aspects of day to day operations and targets in communication with my administrator and foreman as well as hunting for new contacts and projects and meeting with new and existing clients.

• Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.
• Coordinated with teams to resolve project issues i.e targets & health and safety.
• Achieved project deadlines by coordinating with contractors and staff to manage performance.
• Provided project status updates to clients and higher management.
• Identified plans and resources & materials required for projects.

• Put together realistic budgets based upon costs and fees for operating business.
