• Measuring fuel loads for each session to a high level of accuracy, as required for professional motorsport.
• Pumping fuel out of the cars and weighing after being on track to ensure correct amounts remain and to calculate fuel usage.

In 2023, I started predominantly working in the retail section at Cycletreads while also helping out downstairs when necessary. Throughout the year I worked there, I did 120,000k in sales. I had to retain a reasonable amount of knowledge in every area of our store, which had a wide range of road and off-road motorcycle gear, accessories, helmets, etc. Because of this, I was able to not only sell to customers but also help them out in every way I could and would often go to lengths to meet their needs. In addition to my sales role, I kept the shop tidy and managed large amounts of inward goods. Undertook stock takes and placed orders with suppliers. At times, I was solely responsible for running our online store; these duties included forwarding orders to national suppliers, getting parcels ready to send, and interacting with customers via email and phone.
