• Briefing the concerned authorities and agencies about the latest rules and codes of construction of roads, foot-paths, dividers, intersections and other right-of-way articles.
• Helping campaign and spread awareness among the general population about rules and regulations of vehicular and pedestrian use of roads.

• Worked as Site engineer for Khanday Construction Company for the project of construction of Rantinasard- Batagogal road, Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir.

My job profile included :

• Managing a span of 10km.
• Overview of laying of sub-grade, sub-base, base-course and wearing course of the road.
• Construction of culverts.
• The supervision of installation of construction articles like crash barrier, foot-path and divider.
• Management and distribution of unskilled and skilled man power.

• Worked as an Assistant Professor at SSM college of engineering and technology, Parihaspora Kashmir, in the civil engineering department.
• Was designated to teach multiple subject to different semesters of both degree and diploma students.

The subjects included:

• Structural analysis to the fourth semester.
• Architectural designs and planning to the sixth semester.
• Railways, bridges and tunnels to the fifth semester (diploma).
• Railways and airport engineering to the eighth semester.
• Steel design to the seventh semester.

• Worked as a supervising engineer for GKW Consult GmbH for Asian Development Bank funded project of 2.5 kilometer flyover between Rambagh and Jehangir chowkin Srinagar, Jammu&Kashmir.

• Supervision of civil works including piling, pile-caps, pier shafts and pier caps.
• The supervision of installation of construction articles like crash barrier, footpath and divider.
• Laying, repairs and maintenance of roads around the project.
• Quality control including maintaining the required grade and quality of concrete and the steel used on site.
• Coordination of all technical requirements for the main corridors, service roads and the allied works along and around the projects.
• Inspection of concrete batching plant and steel fabrication plant of Simplex Infrastructure Limited.
• Acquiring and distribution of skilled and unskilled manpower.
• Preparation of daily progress report and monthly works program.

Was promoted to work as an assistant to the chief designer of the project in March 2017.
My responsibilities included:

• Revision of design drawings.
• Preparation of bar charts.
• Making and checking of bar bending schedules.
