I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who has recently moved from New Zealand with experience in the operating room, primarily in general and plastic surgery. I thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and bring strong interpersonal skills and clinical efficiency in the perioperative environment. I have the ability to anticipate surgeons needs have a strong commitment to patient comfort and care. I’m also eager to grow my skills across new surgical specialties.

I am a highly empathetic and dedicated person that continuously strives to deliver optimal nursing care. I value all opportunities where I can demonstrate my nursing skills and compassion to all patients. My goal while delivering nursing care is to effectively advocate for my patients' needs and values particularly when they are unable to advocate for themselves during surgery. I am aware of health disparities among my patient population and the importance in addressing these to achieve equitable health outcomes. I thrive in collaborative environments and take pleasure in working alongside other nurses and healthcare professionals. I am confident that I can make a positive impact, both physically and mentally, on those who are at their most vulnerable.
