Playing a critical role in driving revenue by assisting B2C sales to clients of all age groups in the middle-east(Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, etc.) The service helped them improve their public speaking skills through tailored and structured online classes and my role was to counsel them on whether or not the platform is a right fit for them and what value the platform will provide them on successful enrollment. The role also involved routine follow-ups with clients to make sure that the platform is helping them grow.
