I managed the project and coordinated suppliers including the architect, builders, landscapers, and contractors for the repurposing of a woolshed to construct a 3-bedroom home, oversaw costs and finances to ensure the builds came in on budget, achieved a net profit of $467k+ per annum, lifted the milk solids production from 90k MS from 230 cows to 201k MS from 500 cows, achieved high survival rates for 400+ calves born each year and successfully reared them, successfully reared an additional 500 calves per annum, and grew stock under management from 230 to 500.
