Installing insulated panel.

Cutting and installing aluminium angles and

flashings to insulated panel.

Installing insulated panel fixings.

Bolting off, bracketing, or fixing insulated panels

to structure.

Installing insulated doors, windows, sliding

doors, and plastic refrigerated curtains.

• Sealing and cleaning insulated panels.

Spraying sealants to insulated panels.

Installing underfloor insulation to freezers

(vapour barriers and insulated panel).

Installing heated traces to freezer floors, doors,

and penetrations.

• Cutting and forming coloursteel flashings.

Cutting and forming penetrations in insulated

panels

Use of drop saws to prepare aluminium

flashings.

Riveting and fixing flashings to panel and

panels to structures.

o Drilling and bolting aluminium to concrete.

o Working at height or harnessed in full fall restraint at height.

Using EWPs (Scissor lifts and knucklebooms).

General site cleaning.

Sweeping and disposing of site rubbish.
