I was the acting Lead Hand for a year in 2010 when we relocated from the old Rotables store in #1 Hgr to our present location. So I have previous experience in the LH/SLC role. Setting up the warehouse and implementing new WM strategies from the previous old IM system.
I was also the 1st volunteer to go through the toolstore paving the way for the integration of Logistics and tooling, helping others to make the transition easier.
I have been a shift worker for the last 18 years so know how the night shifts work differently to day shift.
