- Data Logging on transformer and lines (11000/415, 6600/415 volts). Results analyzed and necessary adjustments and/or recommendation for reinforcement put to Network Design and Planning Department.
- High Voltage Switchgear repair and maintenance. (Oil replacement, bushing replacement, internal mechanism replacement, gasket replacement.
- Update transformer records including all tests recorded and preliminary drawings/amendments produced are recorded with Drawing Office.
- Administration Work
- Preparation of switching program requests, arrangement of outage advertisements ensuring programs are carried out as scheduled.
- Discuss switching programs with switching programmers and teams involved in the switching.
- Annual Asset Management Plans for 6.6kV, 11kV and 33kV, Distribution assets (Lines, cables, substation buildings, transformers, switchgear, auto-reclosers, ABSs and isolators.
- Preparing of work specification for the worker and Contractors (Trenching, reinstatement, Vegetation management, Repairs & Maintenance works)
- Prepare work plans and daily/weekly schedule of work for maintenance teams.
