  • The focus of this role is to establish a national PMO for the PSC&HTM function of HNZ/Te Whatu Ora to support service improvements and transformation programme to their customers in projects and change management
  • The initial focus is to: Understand the business and annual plan for strategic and transformation roadmap, Review and align project activity and prioritise, Determine requirements for PMO in terms of Governance and Team structure and provide a business case to deliver this
