- Worked with the Senior Developer to implement new workflow processes, establishing procedures to use the DEV environment for development and conduct user testing in the UAT environment which would ensure smooth deployment to the PROD environment.
- Promoted basic development practices to the team with Senior Developer such as creating branches with PBI numbers, creating pull requests for peer review, getting any changes to PROD approved by the CAB (Change Approval Board) before deployment, and maintaining release packages in SharePoint to track all changes released to EpiSurv.
