In 2023 to 2024, I worked at Piko Wholefoods as a retail assistant, where I;I;

• Provided excellent customer service at the counter in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Baked fresh food items for the shop, contributing to high-quality offerings for customers.
• Stocked shelves, and ensured inventory was well-organized and replenished efficiently.
• Maintained basic records of imported items to support accurate stock tracking and compliance.

In 2022 I was the Head Administrator for a New Zealand-based company specializing in designing and manufacturing circus props. During this time I;

• Oversaw daily operations, managed administrative processes, and facilitated coordination between production teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of custom products.
• Streamlined workflows, maintained accurate records, and contributed to business growth by implementing efficient systems and fostering strong professional relationships.

In 2021 I filled in as a part-time receptionist on a mat-leave contract. During this time I;

• Helped with administrative tasks across the wider surgery.
• Was the front of house for incoming and outgoing patients
• Handled the day to day tasks without error in a high paced environment

Planted Food Truck ran from 2019 to late 2020, during this time I joined in a customer service role where I;

• Ran the operations of the food truck, preparing and selling food, often on my own

• Company Overview: A digital title focused on mental health
• When Nak-Ed Magazine was first launched in 2020, I became an active freelance writer for the new digital title, this role included;
• Researching potential article topics across mental health with the Editor
• Interviewed a range of content partners for different articles
• Created, wrote, and edited a range of personal pieces for the website, one of which was the highest viewed of the month in September 2020.

• During the beginning of the pandemic I started as a full-time receptionist for Cruzy Campers, this role included;
• Helping with admin tasks across the wider business
• Managing customer expectations across the business.
• Worked closely with the owner to assist where I could during a time of uncertainty
