• I help enhance New Zealand Defence Force capability through the delivery of hospitality services and specialists advice to the New Zealand Government in support of International, NZ diplomatic functions, and VIP support for high profile in New Zealand and abroad. Throughout my career within the Royal New Zealand Navy I have expert knowledge of front of house services, excellent social conduct, and the ability to provide a world class hospitality service to enhance and promote a positive culture.
• I have been involved in the Government response to the COVID 19 Pandemic in Auckland, by implementation of protocols stipulate by the Government concerning returnees and day to day running of the facility and Border control Assistance, liaising with other Government Departments such as DHB and NZ Police.
• In the NZ Army as an Logistics Movements Operator, I have been involved with rigging stores for parachute air drop from planes and external lift underneath helicopters, such as underslung tasks involving the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

• My responsibility was to operate rides and attractions according to written guidelines to reduce injuries, engage safety devices and monitor attraction during operation to reduce safety risks. Followed posted height and age restrictions and denied access to attraction for guests under minimum requirement, and sanitizing all rides and attractions at the completion of each ride to reduce spread of germs and bacteria.

I have done Fly in Fly out 2:1 roster in the mining industry. Maintain a high quality of catering service on multiple sites ensuring that food safety standards are met at all times in relations to food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing.

• I have worked in the New Zealand Army with multiple roles. I started out as a chef, collaborating with staff members to create meals for large banquets, and responding to dietary concerns and food allergies, creating dishes to meet needs and palates. I handled and stored food to eliminate illness and prevent cross contamination, utilizing proper techniques to sanitize counters and utensils in preparation of raw meat, poultry, fish and eggs.
• I have assisted alongside the Civil Defense during the Christchurch Earthquakes, preparing meals and supported the local families with supplies and rations.
