Having amassed several years experience in various facets of civil works I have spent the last three years working in an opencast coal mine. I am looking for an opportunity to further my career in Australia as well as a lifestyle change having never been outside of New Zealand.

- Worked at Stockton opencast coal mine for three years
- Started operating Cat 777d rigid dump trucks as well as 40 tonne diggers and articulated dump trucks
- Progressed onto Cat d8 and d9 dozers before operating a Hitachi ex1900 production digger and smaller 120 tonne diggers during maintenance shutdowns for approximately 18 months
- Achieved all unit standards for B grade opencast coal managers ticket
