I am a friendly, responsible, healthy, and positive person who is looking for work over the summer. I can work any day but Fridays. I am kind and helpful and have a positive attitude.
My job involves helping the media director with tasks such as
- compiling and sending out stationery orders
- printing and laminating posters for stores
- working/designing on flyers and posters
- putting together "huddle books"
At Portofino I worked in a family run business. My responsibilities included:
-Working part of a team.
-Keeping the kitchen environment clean
- Staying up to date with health and safety code and understanding of proper food hygiene.
-Washing all different kinds of dishes and cutlery to make sure that all costumers are receiving food that is presented to the highest possible standard
-Knowledge of how a proper restaurant runs.
-Stepped into additional roles during busy times to boost coverage of important stations.
-Washed equipment, surfaces, refrigerators, and other areas and applied sanitizing chemicals.
It was my responsibility to be Store Staff, this role included:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner,
- Take orders in person and over the phone
- Work the thick shakes station and cook the sides(such as spud fries and smash browns)
- Keep the front of the house orderly and clean
- Operated cash registers, accepting payment and making change.
