Worked for a family orientated business. Became very dependant in the kitchen as a baker and food manager, also a well taught and self-assured Barista. For my role I covered various skills from working the till, managing inventory, to training new staff. Felt confident to offer my input to the business with new ideas and ways to increase profitability.
This was one of my first proper jobs and learning experiences for employment. Worked casually after school hours but also would take on any provided additional shifts (I.E weekends, holidays...)
Not too complicated for a first job but earnt money by maintaining a great attitude and working with a wide range of people.
