Moved roles over the 6 year tenure at BBT from Senior Designer, through Product Ownership, ultimately to running both Design and Product departments as the Head of Product.

• Managed and collaborated with designers, developers, marketers and engineers to move work through the project lifecycle. From facilitating discovery and needs analysis through solutions architecture, UI/UX design, to execution and implementation.
• Managed project teams and served as primary liaison between clients and internal groups to clarify goals and meet standards and deadlines.
• Developed organizational strategies, budgets and business decisions based on identified metrics to inform decisions made at a board level.
• Directed design and strategy projects for clients across multiple industries, including Toyota Financial Services (TNZ), Trademe, Motorweb, HazardCo, Neurological Foundation, Helen Clarke Foundation, Cure Brain Cancer Foundation

Began employment with BBT as a Designer focused on interface and experience design. Key responsibilities included:

• Provided design solutions for web and software, including wireframes, prototypes, interface, and animation deliverables.
• Conducted research and defined data through UX process, using competitor, market, and user analysis. Facilitated project impact with user-centric design, using user flows, behaviour testing and research, and A/B testing.
• Worked directly with clients and collaborated with product managers (internal and external) and engineering teams on design initiatives

• Developed wireframes and prototypes to validate user interactions with UI elements -specifically working with Microsoft Teams.
• Optimized existing user interfaces by introducing new design elements.
• Created high-fidelity designs for web, mobile and tablet applications.

Worked internationally as a freelance designer focused on primarily UI/UX and Graphics from after tertiary education through until 2017. Professionally I found success finding ways to apply design thinking and logic with visual sensibility to work on a broad array of problems for international clients such as Microsoft, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, RJ's, Special Group, Zeacom, Enghouse Interactive
