Worked as a part time casual delivering groceries for Woolworths/Countdown.

Really enjoyed the role delivering online grocery orders across familiar routes, often servicing repeat customers where I had already built strong relationships from previous delivery driver positions. This role included loading pre-picked orders into the delivery vehicle efficiently, arranging them based on delivery sequence to streamline the route, often without the need for GPS due to excellent knowledge of the area.

Carried out contactless doorstep deliveries unless otherwise specified, while always using discretion and empathy assisting elderly or disabled customers by carrying groceries inside and placing heavy items where needed.

Maintained a strong focus on punctuality, safety, and high-quality service to represent the Woolworths brand positively in the community.

• Almost identical role to that I had at MainFreight, even a lot of the same customers, for this reason I could hit the ground running and really enjoyed it, was only there temporally fixed term

• Responsible for delivering general freight to businesses and performing (2Home) residential deliveries. This role extended beyond standard deliveries, as we also handled appliance installations and removals in accordance with various supplier contracts. Ensured timely and safe deliveries while providing excellent customer service and adhering to company and client standards.

• Transported milk and bread to supermarkets and dairies, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. While my primary role was driving, my responsibilities also included Loading and unloading trucks, Preparing and organizing orders, Conducting stock takes, Merchandising products to meet store requirements and Liaising with customers to maintain strong relationships.This role was a valuable learning experience, as it was my first time operating box body and chiller trucks. It also provided exposure to driving in a variety of environments and conditions, expanding my skill set beyond earthworks.

• Had multiple roles at Lawn and Turf, I started out Landscaping, Gardening, Laying Turf, Hydro seeding new lawns and providing lawn care on already established lawns .I then transitioned into the construction and earthworks division, where I discovered my passion for truck driving and machine operation. During this time, I gained extensive experience operating Class 2 tip trucks and various earthmoving machinery, further developing my skills in the industry

• Started at Taranakipine as my first full time job post school, started working as a manual timber stacker (timber hand) kept me physically fit and worked in a tight close nit team, worked hard at my job and worked my way up to the Sorting Table Supervisor (2013) where I was responsible for a team of 12 people. I learnt a lot in my role as a supervisor including, First Line Management training, learning to manage interpersonal conflict, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Traning, Payroll experience, Running Daily Toolbox Meetings, training in Lean Manufacturing, Forklift Experience and Machine Operating.
