I was given a promotion to banking consultant in October of 2023. My role involves making sure I can get the best result for customer by assessing their financial situation, and making the best recommendation to suit their banking needs. My day to day involves opening accounts (joint, individual, minor and trust accounts), completing Kiwisaver and general insurance through appointments. I really enjoy this role and always ensure that my customer is happy when they walk out the door and make sure they have got the best outcome.

  • Comply with ANZ polices for unsecured lending requirements (personal loan, credit card, overdraft)
  • Discuss and assess customers' financial goals and needs to recommend suitable banking products and services.
