Positive Attitude:

A positive attitude in the work force ensures those that are around you that you are willing to work and have a great work ethic Examples of positive attitude which I show include:

• Starting work with a “can do attitude”
• Willingness to work hard and diligently
• Maintaining a good work environment to those around ie with staff and clients

Teamwork:

Teamwork is an essential part of eg work life or even school Teamwork demonstrates that every individual works differently and has different skills and values Teamwork is extremely essential and reflects on how as an individual I get along with others but also how we as a group can handle eg stressful situations when we get busy examples include:

• Understanding every individual works differently
• Encouraging others ie under stressful situations
• Helping nature
• Ability to take in constructive criticism for a better outcome
• Clear communication with others

Willingness to Learn:

I am eager to learn new skills or techniques which are gained from working in a professional environment The skills learned are a useful tool which expresses knowledge as an individual hence I am;

• Eager to learn different techniques and skills
• Eagerness to try new techniques and skills and applying to the relative field
• Expressing a positive attitude attributing to learning something different

Self-Management:

Since my first job I have gained the skill of self – management This is an important skill because you learn the art of being organised whether it is for work of university I show self-management by:

• Arriving to work on time
• Leaving work with a satisfied feeling – getting the job done
• Respect towards other staff members
• Being organised for work
