Creating almost everything from scratch from brand/promotion /HR/operations/operational processes. Business has growth at exponential space. Business was established 6 years ago and now over 150 people, currently has 9 offices nationwide. Using business intuition and gaining directors’ confidence in my abilities to be the “trusted go to”, to ensure things happen and making timely judgements to keep things moving.

Key efforts included:

¨ Lead the name and brand development and launch of the company’s brand/logo / identity, working closely with directors, selecting and working with suppliers, sign-offs on look and feel and vision and mission of the business. Launched and maintain the website & Linkedin page, plus all other materials such as brochures, business cards, sign writing including trademarking of logo.
