Main focus was assisting customers in purchasing beauty and fragrance items, but also:

• Assisted with the setup of displays, restocking shelves or organising backroom areas.
• Assisted customers with locating and selecting the right fit products to their wants/needs.
• Generated repeat business by responding to customer concerns with friendly and knowledgeable service.
• Delivered excellent customer service and adhered to standard practices to maximise sales.
• Provided advice to customers on make-up, skincare and haircare related products.

• Quickly learned new skills and after a few months was titled "head of hotline" (which was the burger making section of the store) because of my impressively fast and efficient work pace.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed. As would switch to front of house whenever needed.
• Maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced environment. (Was always complimented on by my managers my positive attitude when coming into work)
• Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Followed proper handling and sanitation procedures to comply with food safety standards and protocols.
• Chopped vegetables, and made pre-prepared foods for meals when kitchen staff were busy.
