Responsible for maximizing sales and profitability for the food and coffee offer across 44 Wild Bean Cafe sites at bp Connect sites and 4x Wild Bean Cafe sites at bp2go sites across the Auckland and Northland Region.

  • 'Grow your cafe' and Inventory control: Completing coaching with Store Manager's and Cafe Team leads in ensuring sales vs waste data is reviewed to maximize sales & completing quarterly review of KPIs (Sales, Cafe food band) and managing waste as per the set waste allowance % for each site. Driving focus on managing waste and controllable expenses in the cafe.
  • Deep focus on health and safety within the workplace and, understanding of the food safety standards which need to be maintained, including support to close out Asure Quality Audits.
  • Support with the implementation and execution of food and coffee promos at site level including focus on merchandising standards.
  • Supporting the food team with execution of food and coffee projects at site. Finalizing in store process guides, training for new offers/projects, collecting site feedback for the outcome of trials. E.g., New coffee machine trial.
