A customer-focused, visionary-thinking Trade Operations and Retail Manager with over18 years of experience in management. Since joining the Mitre10 team, I have been given special recognition awards year after year for my sales records, hard work and contributions to benefit the business needs but also creating a better culture for the staff and customers. ‘Managing Director of the Year’ awarded by the CEO and ‘Manager of the year’ by my colleagues and managers. In the last8 years I started my role in the Seasonal department as a Supervisor and have worked in all28 areas/departments across the store. My current role is Managing one half of the store which includes Powertools, Handtools, hardware, automotive, saftey and security, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing, large appliances, building supplies, manufacturing building, landscaping, timberyard, delivery and the Trade team in the Henderson store. Although I have thoroughly enjoyed working at MITRE10 MEGA and it has taught me valuable skills, I am now looking for the next challenge and to further develop my career.
