Passionate about both subjects as they are important tools when it comes to positive change within society.   • Assisted my supervisor in researching various policies that are used by charitable sports trust as a new one had been created at the UC Recreational Centre.
  • Role included writing up my own policy on Diversity & Inclusion for the newly formed charitable trust board based on the research I had done
  • Maintained positive working relationship with fellow staff and management.
  • Presented my research to the staff and consulted with relevant board members to gather opinions and constructive criticism anyone had in regards to my policy.
  • Worked closely with some to ensure that my policy also successfully incorporated Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Tikanga values and concepts.
  • Helped strengthen my research skills and ability to cooperate and coordinate my efforts with others to ensure a desired outcome is achieved.
