
I’m a friendly and reliable support specialist with experience helping customers and clients over live chat and email. I’ve worked closely with company leaders during onboarding, handled a wide range of admin tasks behind the scenes, and always aim to make things easier for the people I’m helping. I currently work as a transcriptionist, which has sharpened my focus and attention to detail.
