Travelled domestically to train all counter staff, upskilling them on new, and existing product knowledge, and proper smashbox artistry procedures.

I was also a member of the Smashbox pro team, and involved in creating looks for fashion week shows, working closely with designers and stylists to achieve their desired runway looks, and ensure consistency with the look in a high pressured backstage environment.

I taught makeup masterclasses in the Smashbox studio, helping students gain in-depth knowledge of various products and uses.

The makeup classes would run over a 7 week period, students who completed the course would receive a certificate of completion.
