As Owner and General Manager of Scissorfingers, I was involved in every aspect of the business, from marketing and networking, through all the day to day operations and planning, to accounts and client relations. My strong design and planning skills, and top class execution, were vital to the company’s success throughout its nearly 20 year lifespan. We experienced consistent growth year on year from beginning to end. My relationships both with clients and suppliers, and also with staff, provided the basis for a company culture which was positive and energised, whilst remaining relaxed and promoting resolution over conflict.
