I'm an enthusiastic individual experienced in creating conversation and relating to others. I offer an engaging and pleasant personality with expertise in building customer relationships. I love talking to all different types of people and gain a certain satisfaction from providing value to others. I'm organized and dependable, successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude, and have a drive to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
I started working on myself 4 years ago during the COVID lockdown as a way of improving my health and sculpting my body. This started from a dislike of how I looked and how weak I was, but quickly progressed into a way of life that has benefited me in more ways than 1. Not only do you need a lot of discipline to workout and improve your physique, but you also need to understand delayed gratification. These two attributes have given me the ability to succeed in anything I put my mind to, and as such, have benefited my life hugely.
I now get great satisfaction from talking to others and helping them unlock the same potential in their own lives. My time at Noel Leeming as an In-Store Technician helped me to develop many skills in IT and relating to customers. Over my 16 months with the company, I became proficient at diagnosing most common problems with customers devices and the ability to figure out more difficult faults that I hadn't previously come across. The reason I resigned was that I had the opportunity to try something new in the engineering scene as a fitter and turner. I felt like I didn't have much room to improve my skills in the IT field with the in-store role, so I took this opportunity to gain some different skills. However, while in the workshop there were many chances for me to also broaden my knowledge of servers, networks and even start to understand how the big machines worked. This reminded me of how I am passionate about what the field of IT and tech can provide for not just myself but also others (customers, clients).
