● Supported SCAS water contract by developing a dynamic digital form with over 1000 questions, enabling asset discovery and planning across 100+ asset types; integrated with Power BI for business insights
● Built digital SHEQ forms tailored for NZ compliance and supported Commercial teams in tracking subcontractor compliance within Oracle
● Utilized Jira for issue tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning to enhance visibility, accountability, and agile project delivery
● Automated the Work Completion Report (WCR) process using Python, reducing manual effort and improving data upload efficiency for Chorus project

Provided financial and administrative support to the Accounts Receivables and Credit team, contributing to ERP system transition and process automation. Gained experience in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization using tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
