  • During the COVID-19 pandemic I worked at this company as a health care assistant and admin.
  • The job consisted of interacting with patients to obtain and enter in their details, organising testing equipment and supporting the nurses as they were swabbing patients.
  • The job involved a fast pace work environment that forced you to adapt with the ever-changing COVID restrictions at the time.
  • I was involved in testing patients at testing stations, in their homes, isolation facilities, retirement homes, boarding houses, hostels and prisons. Most days involved interacting with over 100 patients a day.
  • Reduced risk of infections by adhering to strict hygiene protocols during all aspects of care delivery.
  • Maintained clean environment with due consideration to health and safety issues and infection control policy.
