Summary

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual, I am eager to contribute my skills and passion to a diagnostic laboratory. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science. My education in MLS has equipped me with a solid foundation in laboratory techniques, quality control, and data analysis with much more to learn. I have gained hands-on experience in various diagnostic procedures through my first-semester placement in a rural diagnostic laboratory where I have learned the basis of many departments such as microbiology, biochemistry, transfusion science, and haematology. My second-semester placement has helped me with a more in-depth understanding of the biochemistry department.

I look forward to the opportunity to make a meaningful positive impact on patient care.
