TWG is undergoing a complex transformation whereby the client is migrating all its legacy data from Old Systems( TUI, Prism) to Oracle Retail modules (RMFCS) and Fusion. This implementation is cloud-based wherein the integration of data happens from Legacy world to OIC(Oracle Integration Cloud) to RIB (Retail Integration Bus) to RMFCS. The data objects involved in the implementation were Master Data (Customers, Suppliers and Items) and Transactional data (Purchase Order, Transfer Orders, Stock on Hand, Invoices etc).
We have implemented and migrated 100% of legacy data into target systems without any errors, which has been an achievement in the retail world. Currently the system is on Live and BAU (Business As Usual) process have kicked in. And I am managing the BAU processes(on merchandising product, Purchase Order, Transfer Order, Invoice Matching etc) and resolving any issues found thereof, while leading a team of 5 people.
At Infosys, I worked in various capacities such as SME, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, etc. I worked with various retail clients across the globe, like GAP, J.C. Penny, MAKRO China, MAKRO India, TESCO, and Tiffany's.

I hold expertise in Oracle Retail functions like Merchandising(RMS), Integration Bus(RIB), Sales Audit (ReSA), Invoice Matching (ReIM) and Store Inventory Management (SIM)
As the Technical Shift Incharge of the Alumina plant (Hindalco) my responsibilities included maintaining the values of the critical process parameters, detect the variability of these parameters and thereby take decisions in accordance to maintaining the value to their mean value. Do the why-why analysis of the variability of the parameters to detect the causes of the variations in the parameters and take steps so that these causes do not occur in the future. In other responsibilities, my job was to coordinate among the different subsections of the alumina plant and fulfill their requirements as and when needed.
