I am experienced, enthusiastic energetic practitioner and focused teacher who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the education and wellbeing of children and young people at all times. I am passionate about giving young children the best possible education in life, and enjoy working with children and relish the challenge of managing a diverse workload. Establish a supportive relationship with not only students but also their parents and fellow teachers at all times with the aim of promoting and reinforcing a student’s independence and self-esteem. I am fundamentally committed to good practice and innovation and a team player consistently engaging in continuous learning in order to broaden knowledge and experience, confident, passionate and enthusiastic about working with children. I’m experienced with knowledge, skills and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, assessment and behavior management strategies needed to make a positive impact on the progress of pupils. I believe progression and development by using my confidence and initiative to help pupils fulfill their potential. Possessing an open-minded and determined attitude that can motivate and inspire both myself and others to succeed. I’m able to maintain good order and discipline among all the pupils, safeguarding their health and safety both when they are authorized to be on the school premises and when they are engaged in authorized school activities elsewhere. I am currently looking for a challenging Teaching role in New Zealand.
