Promotional Work.

Sara worked as the sole manager for Studio 23 in the Lower North Island. She was responsible to the hiring, training and development of all the staff for that region. Sara was responsible of ensuring that staff had been trained to meet the clients requirements, and that the demonstration equipment were on site , and the delivery of the service were done to the required standard.

All reports were required to be delivered to the clients on time and to a high standard. When necessary Sara made herself available to complete the demonstration work herself should the staff member not be able to meet their shift. Sara has proven experience of planning and coordinating promotional work events from super market in-store demonstrations to conferences and even the Wellington Christmas Street Parade.
