As a Prosci certified, enthusiastic Change Practitioner and Comms and Engagement Governance Board Member for MELAA Advisory Group (MAG) I am eager to contribute to team success through focusing on the people side of change and strong networking skills. I have a strong understanding of organisational Change and Agile processes, the need for constant collaboration working in iterations with team members and project stakeholders. My focus on behaviours is centred on Change Management Return on Investment (CMROI) to drive adoption and usage, connecting the people side of change and project outcomes. A wealth of cultural experiences equips me with interpersonal sensitivity skills to effectively manage and engage multiple stakeholders. My focus and studies have always been centered on change initiatives, Learning and Development (L&D), organisational behaviour, human development and people's responses to stress and change. I also have a keen interest in Te Reo Maori and Te whakakoha rangatiratanga (the constant recognition crucial to successful learning outcomes) and how connection and a sense of belonging (whanaungatanga & mana atua) is essential for the rituals of first encounter in traditional Maori culture. I enjoy supporting new behaviors, new processes and new systems in an environment focused on achieving successful outcomes. I am also enjoying my A320 Cabin Crew role as an Air New Zealand staff member I share a deep passion for commerical initiatives and Aviation operations including the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) needs in Aotearoa New Zealand.
As the primary contact for Ministry of Education (MoE) I would manage and design the Learning plan incorporating new engagement tools for learning and development and proactively share new insights into existing knowledge. As the Domestic Violence and Child Protection designated person I managed risk assessments and referrals to partner agencies.
