During my time at the IRD I was fortunate to work on multiple projects within the organisation. All Projects had major upgrades that shone a spotlight on the testing teams.

• Part of the team to successfully implement the tech uplift stream in the Contact Centre. Migrating over 2000 Customer Service Officer's from main-frame system to digital platform - ensuring that IVR, data base and the customer interaction manager all integrated seamlessly.
• BT Transformation - Migrating all Kiwi Saver tax information from the mainframe to a new digital platform. I assisted the Test Lead in managing business SMEs. Running stand ups, daily meetings and providing reports with accurate and meaningful information was critical in keeping vendors and stakeholders well informed on the test teams performance.
• Data centre relocation: Successful migration of all data from Unisys date centres to Revera IaaS platform.
