Worked for emerald foods LTD for sixteen years before making the hard decision to more on. While working with this company i learned a number of positions. I started as a worker in one of their many stores dealing with a variety of different people of all backgrounds , which lasted around five years. then mover on to training as a flavour technician, I did this job for about five more years fulltime before training in Material reconciliation while working in this area i completed my fork lift license 1.5 tonne certified . Once i was fully trained i moved on to becoming a mix room operator this area was a challenge for me being a woman in a mans job but with determination and faith in myself i rose to the challenge. Working for a company that produces food products i have learnt the importance of communication, attention to detail, health and safety, working as a team as well as dealing with monthly audits, independent customers and investors both local and international.
