- Co-ordinated delivery of the RBNZ Conduct & Culture Actions for Zurich Australian Insurance Limited Board - engaging multiple departments and stakeholders, writing board papers with delivery updates throughout 2020 & 2021. In support of governance oversight set up in the NZ Regulation Working Group to facilitate in house in communication and actions in November 2021.
- Lead Zurich NZ's actions to increase eNPS score from +39 (Nov 2020) to +60 (April 2021)
- Successful implementation of Green Belt Lean Project. This automated Glass Claim payments from two large suppliers for “Straight Through Processing”. This has reduced the work of two FTE (from four) in Claim Support Team.
- Implemented increased Broker functionality of Open-door portal to provide premium indication for NZ Motor Non-Fleet New Business, with further development underway to create improved Customer experience and internal efficiencies.
- Successful delivery and implementation of tNPS in New Zealand (commencing in January 2020).
- Successfully lead application and approval of two Zurich Foundation Grants for; Variety NZ ($750,000) and Sir John Kirwan Foundation ($1,000,000) to support the communities Zurich operates in
- Successfully co-ordinated 100% volunteer participation of the Zurich New Zealand team in the 2021 year.
