My position here is very flexible. My duties are tractor driving, forklift operating, transporting flowers, cleaning, irrigation, loading and unloading trucks, helping on our stem pulling factory line, learning my flower varieties, de budding the plant by hand, virusing the bulbs, building shade houses and taking them down, wire work, feeding bales out to cows, operating a digger to fill trailers, backing normal trailers and dolly trailers, waterblasting bins and machinery, building bins and fixing bins, supervising and over seeing our scaling production, helping with leaf sampling, using scissor lift and mulching. I can do routine maintenance on our tractors and trailers.

My duties were supervising a winter pruning team, quality checking, bird scaring with gas guns, gondola driving for harvest, trimming the vines and mulching, driving a jcb and digger helping develop land, learning to plant and develop young plants and repairing posts and stays.

As a dairy assistant my duties were bringing the cows in to the shed, milking through a 60 bail rotary one man shed, doing a vat wash and starting the shed pre morning milking, setting up break fences, heavy rolling, feeding calves, identifying mastitis.
