I am a very bubbly person and find myself my happiest when I am actively moving. In my spare time I love to go to the gym and pilates and visit family and friends. I am excited to be starting my reformer pilates training in Byron Bay with Barre Body commencing June 14th 2024; which will be 7 days of in-person depth training followed by up to 6 months of online revision and in person training. As part of my course I have to watch 20 Hours of classes, participate in 20 hours of classes and teach 10 hours of classes. I have also taken on an extra training to understand the modifications I will need to take on exercises for Pre and post partum clients. I love the atmosphere that pilates has the way it leaves me not only feeling relaxed in the body but also in the mind. I enjoy all variations of the classes whether it is a relaxing exercise or a hard exercise where your muscles are starting to shake.
I am currently working full time Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm in Lower Hutt, so I am happy to work weekends and any late nights until I am fully qualified which will be around November 2024 then would look into a more full time roll.
I am open to helping in other rolls as well and very eager to learn. Also open to working in either branch.
