Summary
Keeping an eye on seasonal environmental pulses to best time placement and stages of development and growth is akin to running JIT, without knowing when "Just in time" is going to specifically be. While refining processes and clearing any backlog that can be done in the present, a weather eye is always on the horizon. The beekeeping industry has taught me self reliance and preparedness and planning.
My previous role allowed me to use creativity and empathy to help elevate both students and those around me to move the team forward using both my skills and highlighting the skills of others.
